SANDE Group, owning a large scale grinding wheel production workshop and production line, is located in the east suburban of Ji'nan, Shandong Province. Having subordinate company fully adopting bauxite as raw material from Xiuwen County, Guizhou Province, we are the only company that can accomplish the whole production procedure from smelting to palletizing in North China. Our company has achieved the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and German MPA Certification.

Company Overview
Established in 2004, SANDE Group nowadays boasts the annual production value of 50 million dollars. We have 150 employees and occupy a total area of 33,000m², of which 15,000m² is constructed for abrasive material workshop and grinding wheel workshop.

Abrasive Material Workshop
We currently have two large production lines for abrasive materials: P type and F type. P type is for the coated abrasive products and F type is for the resin cutting/grinding and sand blasting products. The technology procedure is breaking, rolling, elevating, ball-milling, sieving, shaping, weighing and packing.

Detection Equipment
Strict detection is carried out for all our products to be qualified before leaving factory. The detecting contents include chemical ingredients, bulk density, particle size composition, the amount of magnetic materials, etc.

Grinding Wheel Workshop
Our working procedure includes mixing, molding, hardening, detecting, packing and finishing. The highlight is the manufacturing process of the grinding wheel's molding to hardening.

Testing Lab
As a China-based abrasive material, cut off wheel, and grinding wheel manufacturer, SANDE provides a vast range of products that includes brown fused alumina, green silicon carbide, stone offset grinding wheel, metal cut off wheel, and more.

Products and Warehouse
For the storage of abrasive materials and grinding wheels, the warehouse is kept dry and clean to prevent the products from dampness and damage.

    1. Green Silicon CarbideOur green silicon carbide strictly adheres to FEPA specifications for bonded F8- F2000 and coated P12-P2500.
